Teaser Vodka Store Policy

  1. Age Verification

    • Teaser Vodka products are strictly available for customers aged 18 and above.
    • Valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., driver’s license, passport) must be presented at the time of purchase or delivery.

  2. Returns & Refunds

    • Due to the nature of the product, Teaser Vodka does not accept returns or exchanges on opened cans or bottles unless the product is defective or damaged.
    • If the product is defective, customers must contact customer support within 7 days of purchase with proof of purchase and images of the issue.
    • Refunds for unopened products may be requested within 14 days of purchase, provided the original receipt is presented, and the product is in its original condition.

  3. Shipping & Delivery

    • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
    • Delivery is available only to addresses where alcohol can legally be delivered.
    • Age verification will be conducted upon delivery. Failure to provide valid ID will result in order cancellation, and no refunds will be issued.
